You’ll be expected to provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities, utilizing person-centered approaches and robust techniques. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities. Being a team player with a strong problem-solving aptitude is essential.

The role of the Disability Support Worker is to work with participants under the NDIS. You will work closely with multiple clients, developing rapport and forming a lasting, meaningful professional relationship with them. You will work within the NDIS funding framework, assisting them to achieve their goals, increase their independence and participation within the community. You will provide support to people with disability.
