We are founded on the belief that everyone has the right to live a rich and fulfilling life that is not defined by disability – a life where you’re free to make your own decisions, however big or small. We believe in meeting people where they are and going from there. Our services are all tailored to meet your needs and NDIS goals, whatever they may be. Our support workers will come to your home to provide you or your loved one with support and care. We can provide personal care, domestic care, transport, social/community access support, home and garden services and support co-ordination.

Who Do We Care For?
Our expertise lies in managing complex behaviours, psychosocial disabilities, and all disabilities from low care to high care. Our exceptional support workers are highly skilled in implementing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP), complex healthcare, and fostering meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
Recruit, Connect & Care is a registered NDIS provider with coverage throughout Australia. We deliver disability support services under National Disability Insurance Scheme for funding for plan managed, self-managed and NDIS managed participants.

We understand that everyone’s care plan is different and unique. The services we offer vary from meal preparation, personal care, home assistance, social and community access and beyond. Our support workers will take the time to get to know you, build a relationship and assist you in your daily routine specific to your needs.
We acknowledge the invaluable contributions of every member of a participant’s team, including Support Coordinators, allied health professionals, and support workers. At Recruit, Connect & Care, fostering strong relationships and open communication with all our teams is fundamental to our mission.
